Contracts are offered to students who are admitted to the University; incoming freshmen must be admitted and have paid or satisfied the enrollment deposit. More information about the housing application process is available online. Housing is not guaranteed for students.
Access the online application in the housing portal. There is a non-refundable $50 application fee. For online payments, we accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, eChecks or an Electronic Funds Transfer. To pay by cash or check in person at the Cashiers Office, you must first email our housing team.
