To obtain public records, please print out the attached OPRA (Open Public Records Act) Request Form. Upon completing the form, please email it to Nicholas Magarelli at nmagarelli@fairlawn.org or bring it to the Municipal Clerks Office in Borough Hall. A written response will be received within 7 business days.
When is a response to an OPRA request due? Generally: As soon as possible. But no later than seven (7) business days after custodians receipt of the request.
