How to use or fill out middle school score sheet with our platform

- Finally, check Citizenship criteria including teacher recommendations and behavior. Provide a rating here as well.
- Judges should initial any corrections made during evaluation and sign at the bottom of the form.
- Calculate the total points earned by summing up all sections and add any comments in the designated area.
