Provide your Credit Card information if applicable. Ensure to include Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, and Security Code.
For 'Shipping Information', repeat the process or check if it’s the same as billing. Fill in Shipping Name and Address accordingly.
Finally, type your name in the signature box to confirm approval for credit card usage before clicking ‘Submit’.
