If you don't see the option to add a card, ticket, or other pass to Wallet, contact the merchant to make sure that they support passes in Wallet. You might need to tap Add to Apple Wallet, then tap Add in the upper right corner of the pass.

How do I add a Ticketek ticket to my Wallet?

Simply open your mobile ticket from the SMS you receive from Ticketek. Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" button at the bottom of your mobile ticket. This will display a preview of the event pass with all ticket information needed to attend the event.

Add a Pass With a Barcode or QR Code Open the Wallet app on your device. Scroll down and tap Edit Passes > Scan Code. The QR code scanner is available only on devices with iOS 12 or iOS 11. Wait for the scanner to start, then scan the barcode or QR code. The pass is added to your Apple Wallet.
