You MUST provide a course certificate with the correct code (AMERHA-216) on it if you are taking CPR / First Aid from an American Heart Association Provider or American Safety Health Institute (ASHI) Provider.
At the American Red Cross, CPR online courses are simple to access and easy to complete. All thats required is a willingness to learn, internet access, and a laptop, desktop computer, tablet or smartphone. All youll have to do to get started is sign up for a course.
The USCG will not accept the AHA Heartsaver /CPR/AED certificate without this separate certificate. If both are provided, they will accept. Note*****: The United States Coast Guard no longer accepts the AHA 1st Aid certification. They do accept the Heartsaver CPR AED certification.
Level 3 is an advanced First Aid course and is Work Safe BC recognized. Being the highest First Aid level that can be achieved, this course encompasses First Aid and CPR attainments along with the ability to manage First Aid facilities, equipment, and records.
