  3. Input the date when meals are served. This ensures accurate documentation for reimbursement eligibility.
  4. In the Meal Production and Menu Information section, review the pre-printed required food components. Enter your menu for each meal service, specifying brands of infant formula or breast milk as needed.
  5. Document any changes to the menu on the day of service by crossing out items and writing in substitutions—initial these changes for clarity.
  6. Record the quantity used for each component if applicable, and enter both planned and actual participation numbers for infants by age group on the day of service.
