Introduction/ Organization/Conclusion. Did the introduction get your attention? What did I feel? Did the speaker connect with the audience?
If you are giving feedback, it needs to: Be specific. To be useful for development you need clear guidance. Give evidence. Describe any emotional impact. Focus on being constructive. Use I statements. Prioritise areas to focus on. Align with goals.
Try to focus on no more than three key areas of improvement. Focus first on content corrections, the organization of the speech, and the tone before you focus on anything else in the speech.
