  5. Provide information for 'Sold To Name and Address', which may differ from the consignee.
  6. If applicable, enter details for 'Intermediate Consignee/Consigned to' and 'Notify Party Name and Address'.
  7. Input the 'Date of Shipment', 'AWB/BL Number', and select the appropriate 'Currency'.
  8. Include any relevant payment information such as 'Letter of Credit Number' and 'Conditions of Sale and Terms of Payment'.
  9. List all items being exported under their respective fields including item number, description, quantity, unit price, and total price.
  10. Finally, ensure you sign where indicated as an authorized representative before saving or exporting your completed document.

Instructions To export your references, select the references you want to export (ex: All References or a Group). Click the blue Export arrow on the toolbar to start the export process. Change the Save as type to Rich Text Format (*.rtf). Your references will now be saved as a Word Document Bibliography.
To export references from Google Scholar: Click on the Google Scholar homepage menu (the three lines at the top left), and then click Settings. Under Bibliography Manager select the option Show links to import citations into and choose EndNote. Save.
After performing a database or catalog search, you may identify references which you wish to save. You can export individual citations, or select whole groups of citations to export at one time.
Exporting Citations from Google Scholar Click on the star just below citations youd like to save to add the item to My Library. Use the My Library link to see your saved citations. Click on the Export all link to export all of your citations. Select the format that youd like to download from the list.
Right-click the selection (choose from Selected, Page, or All in List). Click on Export and select the desired export format.
