1. Click ‘Get Form’ to open the grade change request form in the editor.
2. Begin by printing the name of the teacher requesting the grade change in the designated field.
3. Next, enter the student’s grade level to ensure proper categorization.
4. Print the student’s official name as recorded in the Pinnacle System, avoiding any nicknames.
5. Input the student ID number found in Pinnacle by double-clicking on their name in your grade book.
6. Fill in the course title as it appears on your grade book tabs.
7. Specify the marking period for which you are requesting a grade change (e.g., 1st Marking Period).
8. Record the posted grade currently shown in Pinnacle before making any changes.
9. Select a reason for the grade change from the provided options, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
10. If necessary, add additional comments on a separate page to provide context for your request.
