The University of Michigan uses Parchment to securely deliver transcripts in an electronic PDF format. These transcripts are considered official documents and can be validated because they have been digitally signed and certified by the University of Michigan.
Submit Electronically Request the Registrar (or Recorder of Records) send an electronic transcript and Transcripts/Academic Records Submission Form to racketranscripts@umich.edu. You will need to complete the submission form and request that your school send it with your transcript to us.
To send official degree certificates to US universities through the Parchment system: Create an account on the Parchment website. Find your school/university from which you want your transcripts, and add it to your account. Provide recipient details, including university name and mailing address.
Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms.
