- 2021 is coming up, thank God, and we are gonna jump into a new semester or quarter. And so now I figured would be a great time to share with you my updated academic organizational system. Mine isnt focused so much on productivity, but really more on organization. And I feel like this keeps me the most organized, ensures that I keep track of my assignments, keep track of my classes, and pretty much get everything in on time. And of course keep my head on straight. So lets get into it. The first step to my organizational system is using Google Calendar to organize literally everything in your life ever. Basically I have my life split up into six or so categories that Ive labeled A to F, and B is for my academics. And so thats the one calendar that I focus on most. I put in all of my class dates and times, I schedule those as a repeating event, and whenever Ill get the Zoom link for that class, Ill put it in the location for that.
