In this tutorial, well be using docHub to send a single document to two different people for eSignature. Start on your dashboard and click Request Signatures to begin a new transaction. Then add the email addresses for each of the signers.

This option can typically be found in the Sharing or Access settings for the document. Once this setting is enabled, copy the link to the document and share it with the people who need access. Anyone with the link can then edit the document in real time.
Send an agreement to multiple recipients Navigate to the Home tab and select the Request Signatures button. If available, configure the Send from selector to identify the Group you are sending the agreement from. Define each recipient of the agreement.
In order to place multiple signatures on a PDF, each signature field must be pre-placed before any signing takes place. While the signatures themselves can be placed with docHub Reader or docHub, only the Standard Professional version of docHub can pre-place these signature fields.
Currently, docHub only allows you to save two signatures. This is supposed to be one signature and one image of your initials. However, for families with multiple people living in them its often necessary to sign documents with multiple signatures.
However, an individual or organization can obtain two digital signature certificates associated with a single e-mail address. You can also get an additional digital signature certificate for a different email account.
Click the Tools tab and scroll down to the Forms and Certificates section. Select Open from the Certificates dropdown menu. Click on Digitally Sign from the new options bar. Select the digital signature you want to use and click Continue.

Add Multiple Digital Signatures Using Signature Lines Once you digitally sign a document, you can have others also digitally sign it. (Note: If you are the first approver, you should create the signature lines for all of the approvers. Then send the document to the second approver.)
