Click on the three dots in the upper right corner to reveal the menu. Click on Settings. Check the box next to Get email notification of each response.
If youre using the mobile site, select Response Overview and select the arrow in the center. Youll be able to copy or email the link from there. If youre collaborating on a form with specific people in your organization, only you, as the form owner, can create a summary link for your form if one doesnt yet exist.
What is the procedure to insert a Microsoft Form into an email message? Open your form, click on Collect Responses. Select Link and copy de link. Copy the provided link and paste it into the body of your email.
In Microsoft Forms, open the form or quiz you want to share to collaborate. Collaborate or Duplicate. Under Add collaborators, select + Share the link to collaborate and view result.
Send an email when theres a new form response You can turn on email notifications for the forms owners in your form settings. If you want someone else to be notified when a response is submitted, create a custom email notification with Power Automate.
If selected, respondents will receive an email with their responses for confirmation after submission. Respondents will receive a confirmation email, which includes a thank you message and link to view their responses.
Select the Embed button, and then click or tap Copy. Paste this embed code into a web page, Sway, or a document. Select the Email button. When your designated email application opens, add email addresses of the people for whom you intend the form.
Once youve created a survey, poll, or quiz, you can select an option to allow respondents to receive an email confirmation of their responses.
