Looking to improve your Education document processes? This guide explains DocHub’s powerful features for modifying, digitally signing, distributing, and more.

Prepare and add legally-binding signatures to documents:

  1. Get started: Start off by uploading an existing form or generate a new PDF from scratch.
  2. Edit your document: Use the toolbar to include, annotate, highlight, whiteout text, insert images, and more.
  3. Organize the layout: Effortlessly create new pages, reorder existing ones, and merge multiple PDFs.
  4. Insert your signature: Click the Sign button in the same toolbar to create a written, drawn, or image-based eSignature (approved in the Education industry).

Prepare documents for others to complete and endorse:

  1. Include fillable fields: Click the Manage Fields tab in the left corner to add input fields, initials, date pickers, etc.
  2. Collect signatures: In the same tab, include signature fields for others to complete.
  3. Modify the fields: Customize field behavior and appearance to match Education document standards. Select People in the same area to add recipients and hit Prepare Sign Request to send the copy out for completion.
