docHub helps you sign business documents directly from other popular Zoho apps and third-party apps. We also offer REST APIs to automate the document signing and management process directly from your own apps or websites. Zoho People.
Steps to create a template in docHub: Log in to docHub. Click the Templates option from the left panel. Click the Create template button on the top-right corner. Upload the NDA from your desktop or import it from your cloud storage service.
How to digitally sign a PDF document Login to docHub. Click Sign yourself on your dashboard. Upload or import your document files. Click Continue. Add your digital signature to the PDF. Click Finish.
Creating Templates in Email Composer: Via Insert Template Log in to Zoho Mail. Click the New Mail button. In the email composer, click the Insert Template icon. In the Insert Template pop-up window, click the New template button. Give your template a title and compose the required content. Once done, click Create.
1. Place your cursor on Documents in the left side navigation pane and click Bulk Send from the dropdown. 2. Click the document that you would like to track from the list of documents displayed, and view the signing status for each recipient from the bulk list.
Create a Document Template Open or create the document that you want to use as the template, then click the File tab. Click Save As. Select a location. Name the file and click the Save As Type list arrow. Select Word Template from the list. Click Save.
Recall Document Once you recall a document, the recipients can no longer view or sign it. Click Recall at the top of the detailed view screen to open the recall dialog box and click Yes.
Import any document from your machine or cloud storage, upload a CSV file containing the details of your recipients in bulk, add signature fields for the recipients, and click the send button. Thats it.
Edit any template you have created using docHub. Click Edit from the action menu dropdown to open the Edit Template Details screen, where you can edit the template details and settings. When editing a template, you can manage the documents part of the template by performing actions on them from the action menu.
