Shrink a worksheet to fit on one page Go to Page Layout Dialog Box Launcher on the bottom right. In the Page Setup dialog box, select the Page tab. Under Scaling, select Fitto. To fit your document to print on one page, choose 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall in the Fit to boxes. Select OK.
Select the worksheet, worksheets, or worksheet data that you want to print. Click File Print. In the Page Orientation drop-down box, under Settings, click Portrait Orientation or Landscape Orientation. When you are ready to print, click Print.
Go to the Page Layout tab. Navigate to the group labeled Scale to Fit. In the box labeled Width, select 1 page. If you want to keep your columns on a single page but dont mind if your rows extend to multiple pages, you can enter Automatic in the Height box.

To disable Shrink to fit, youll need to temporarily uncheck Wrap text, then uncheck Shrink to fit. Then re-enable Wrap text.
You can easily fit content onto one page by following these steps: Select Page Layout. Choose the Page tab from the Page Setup dialog box. Choose Fit to under Scaling. Choose one page wide by one tall in the Fit to boxes to fit your content on one page. Select OK at the bottom of the Page Setup dialog box.
Here are the steps to follow for zipping an Excel file: Open your file browser. Right-click on your Excel file. Navigate to Send to to toggle the side menu. Select Compressed (zipped) folder. Confirm you have the . zip file in your file browser.
Click the Page Layout tab on the ribbon. In the Scale to Fit group, in the Width box, select 1 page, and in the Height box, select Automatic. Columns will now appear on one page, but the rows may extend to more than one page. To print your worksheet on a single page, choose 1 page in the Height box.
