Voice options allow for the text to be read aloud from the top of the document. Changing the default PDF editor to Microsoft Edge is a possibility.

Launch Acrobat and select File Open to bring up your PDF. Select Comment from the menu bar on the right. Select the marker icon in the Comment toolbar to activate the Draw Free Form tool.

To draw or write freehand, select the pen icon from the toolbar. Click the downward arrow to select the color and size of the pen stroke. To highlight in a color, select the text you would like to highlight, right-click, and select Highlight from the drop-down menu. Then select the color.
To enter preview mode, open the PDF youd like to annotate. At the bottom right corner, tap the annotate button . A toolbar opens with multiple annotating tools. You can use a stylus or your finger to select an annotating tool.
Right-click your PDF file and select Open with Microsoft Edge. Step 2. Once opened your file with Microsoft Edge, click the Draw icon in the toolbar. Then select the line color and thickness from the Draw dropdown menu.
