The video tutorial demonstrates three methods to convert an Excel spreadsheet to a PDF file. The first method is using the print to PDF function, where you select Microsoft Print to PDF under Printer, adjust Page Setup for Print Quality, and save the PDF file in a chosen folder. The second method is using the Save As function, where you select the worksheet, choose PDF from the drop-down menu, and save the file. The third method is the Export method, demonstrated using a calendar template with different months on each worksheet.
