In Microsoft Office, highlight the text you want to format and press Ctrl + = on PC or Shift + - on Mac to format text in a subscript format. In Google Docs, highlight the text you want to format and click Format Text Subscript. On Mobile, tap A at the top of the page and then tap the X2 icon.
Insert a Word document as an object Select the slide in which you want to place the Word document. Click Insert Object. If the Word document already exists, in the Insert Object dialog box, select Create from file. Click Browse to locate the Word document you want to insert.

In MS PowerPoint, navigate to the slide where you want to add a flowchart. Click Insert SmartArt to open a drop-down list with a variety of diagram types. Hover your mouse over Process to see the various flowchart options. To insert one of these diagrams, simply click it.
PowerPoint desktop app To type in superscript, press Ctrl + Shift + Equals sign [=] (PC) or Command + Shift + Equals sign [=] (Mac).
