so tonight weamp;#39;re talking about backgrounds and under backgrounds you know you have textures you have patterns and you have color and all of those things can work uh work with one another in in wonderful ways so what Iamp;#39;ve done here is Iamp;#39;ve pulled out a bunch of my sketchbooks um and letamp;#39;s just talk about um creating what kind of things are we talking about when it comes to patterns here so patterns can be pretty simple You patterns or Texture and I use those interchangeably um you know we could talk about just you could just add little dots on a screen you can add triangles we can come up with stripes or little hashmarks and so these are added to a uh a drawing that can enhance it like for example look at this this was a um a page I did of uh perfume bottles or or something of that sort and just by adding the little dots kind of enhanced it it gave it a sense of texture so you see you see how you could do it that way I came down here and I also added like
