An RPT file is a report file. Open one with Crystal Reports Viewer or AccountEdge Pro (it depends on which one created it).
Go to Insert, Text Object. An empty object frame appears. Position the text object where you want it to appear in the report. Click once on the border of the text object to select it for resizing and moving.
How to wrap text on fields in Crystal Reports Highlight the Field in question. Right-click and select Format Field. On the Common tab, mark the Can Grow checkbox. Enter the maximum number of lines that you want to allow the field to have or leave it at 0 to have no maximum. Click OK.
Right-click over the text object or field that has the size and/or align attributes you wish to apply to the other selected text objects and/or fields. 3. Hover over Align or Size from the displayed menu.
