okay for projects and teams this google task tip is greatness um so iamp;#39;m in a google document this is my project uh activities and write up iamp;#39;ve got a checklist uh which you can do up here in the navbar iamp;#39;ve already got one going here and i want to add a new task so project task youamp;#39;ll see the little icon with the circle in the check box pops up if i click on that in this case iamp;#39;m just going to assign it to myself but you can assign it to anybody thatamp;#39;s on the document or thatamp;#39;s in your contact list and i am going to select letamp;#39;s see january 6th assign as task all right so my icon pops up and if you go to your task list youamp;#39;ll see it right down here january 6 project task it has a link direct back to the document and if you go to your calendar and we want to go to january 6 project task right there same thing applies you can drag and drop to change and that syncs up with the original task and doesnamp;#39;t change
