How to create conditional questions in Google Forms Create a form. Create and label your sections. Add your questions. Add display logic. Test your form. Cannot add logic based on questions. Conditions are difficult to understand. Cannot set and/or conditions.

How to use an open-ended question as a comment field in Google Forms Click the plus icon in the toolbar on the right to add a new question. Select Paragraph from the dropdown menu in the new question field. In the original multiple-choice question field, click the three-dot icon and select Go to section based on answer.
Add questions, headers sections Open a form in Google Forms. Click Add . To the right of the question title, choose the type of question you want. Type the possible responses to your question. To prevent people from not answering, turn on Required.
