okay so here we go I have a basic sheet sitting here this is the template that I built Iamp;#39;ve got a couple instruments put in here something to keep in mind some of my instruments like couple of my string entrance that actually have serial numbers so I numbered them so everythingamp;#39;s given and run by the instrument number so if thereamp;#39;s a serial number thatamp;#39;s the number is if thereamp;#39;s a never given to them thatamp;#39;s what I use their this is just for my reference to know if itamp;#39;s a serial number or not you know so basically instrument number what that investment it is who makes it if you want with the model number and then I like to put other notes in here like you know donated by a class of 1973 whatever so as you go through here thatamp;#39;s what you got there first thing youamp;#39;ll want to do is make a new form guys to create a form a new phone created there it is cool so Iamp;#39;m just going to call this form inventory youamp;#3
