hi my name is Bri Clark and today Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to connect a figure number to a picture in Microsoft Word have you ever seen a Word document with pictures labeled figure one figure 2 Etc and wondered how that happened well if you know how to do it itamp;#39;s actually pretty easy to do and those labels will auto update as you insert new pictures with captions in this document Iamp;#39;m going to start by adding a caption to this picture of a cat so Iamp;#39;ll click on the picture and then Iamp;#39;ll rightclick on it and pick insert caption notice that it says figure one is the caption but I have other options for equation or table I could also create a new label if I wanted to and I can pick the position Iamp;#39;m going to go with below selected item as which is already the default and Iamp;#39;m going to click okay and now I see fig figure one labeling that picture if I scroll down to the second picture I can do the same thing Iamp;#39;ll click on the pic
