Method 1: Renaming with WPS Offices Built-in Feature Select Batch Rename Files in WPS Office. Drag and select the files you want to rename in the left window. Use the icons or drag and drop to adjust the file order if needed. In the Unified Name section, enter the theme name (e.g., sales records).
To split names into separate columns in WPS, follow these steps: Step 1: Enter the formula =LEFT(A2, FIND( , A2, 1) - 1) in a blank cell (e.g., B2) to extract the first name. Step 2: Enter the formula =RIGHT(A2, LEN(A2) - FIND( , A2, 1)) in another blank cell (e.g., C2) to extract the last name.

Solution: Correct the typo in the syntax and retry the formula. Tip: Instead of manually entering defined names in formulas, you can have Excel do it automatically for you. Go to Formulas Defined Names select Use in Formula, and then select the defined name you want to add.
Look at the title bar where the file name is displayed. Double-click on the file name. Youll be able to edit the name directly in the title bar. Press Enter to save the new name.
Open File Explorer by going to My Computer, or by pressing Windows Key + E on your keyboard. Find the file you want to rename, select it and select Rename on the ribbon (or press F2 on your keyboard). Type the new name you want the file to have and press Enter.
