hi guys so Iamp;#39;m about to show you how to alphabetize by last name how we can be able to sort data by last name so there are two main ways where we can sort data in Microsoft web by last name so we have two ways so one way is that you can create columns you can edit the data into a table and then split the names into two and put the first name in one column and then put the last name in another column and then sort it using the second column that way you be able to sort it by the last name and when you are done you can be able to return it back as as a test okay but right now Iamp;#39;m going to show you how you can alphabetize by name the last name whilst you are not using a table formula I will teach the table formula in my next video okay so first thing you will do is that you click to drag and select this whole data here and then youamp;#39;ll click on sort so you could see that we can sort by paragraphs and then we sort also by test numbers and then date so as you can see
