Go to Slide Show on the ribbon. Select From Beginning. In the bottom-left corner of your slides, note the presentation controls.
Adding Labels From the top toolbar, click on Insert and select Text Box or use the textbox icon from the drawing toolbar at the bottom of the screen. A text box with a green dot on top appears wherever you click on the image. The text box can be moved by clicking and dragging the box with the mouse.
Right-click between slides and select Add Section. An Untitled Section is added in the thumbnail pane, and the Rename Section dialog box opens. Type a name in the Section name box.

Create and print a page of different labels Go to Mailings Labels. Select Options. Select the type of printer youre using. Select your label brand in Label products. Select the label type in Product number. Select OK. Select OK in the Labels dialog box. Type the information you want in each label.
PowerPoint for Windows: Click on the object (textbox, shape, etc.) to select it. In the Drawing Tools | Format tab, click on Selection Pane in the Arrange group. From there, youll see names of objects. Double click (or press F2 ) on any name and rename it. By deselecting it, it becomes renamed.
