you hello everyone Jose Rodriguez here and I am sitting next to my pro 1000 from Canon it could be my best of friends and it can be my worst of friends depending on the situation it is best when I see a print come out of this printer and he just blows me away and then again it runs a cleaning cycle and I hate this machine but itamp;#39;s necessary it has to do it it is something that we owners of the pro 1000 have to begin to accept so because it does this in order to maintain the printhead at the best condition to continue to produce these prints I can tell you why but weamp;#39;ll skip that for another video we all want to use refillable systems on our printers and this one is a little bit strange yes you can refill these cartridges easily they have not restricted us from refilling them but you need a chip auto reset chip well they didnamp;#39;t turn out to be quite the type that we associate as an auto reset chip that means normally when the chip reports as empty you remove it an

Tenting a via refers to covering via with solder mask to enclose or skin over the opening. A via is a hole drilled into the PCB that allows multiple layers on the PCB to be connected to each other. A non-tented via is just a via that is not covered with the solder mask layer.
Via tenting Vs. The hole can be partially filled with an LPI solder mask or the filling can be washed off. Plugged vias are fully filled. Through-hole vias should be tented on both sides to reduce the chances of any chemical entrapment. The material for filling can be applied on a single side or both sides.
1. by a route passing through, along, or over; by way of. from Rome to London via Paris. 2. by means of; by the medium of.
A via tenting is nothing but covering its annular copper ring with solder resist, also known as LPI (Liquid Photo Imageable) ink. PCB designers need to remove solder mask pad from via location in their design, which comfortably enables QualiEco engineers to provide via tenting.
Needless to say, tenting via is the most popular and mature process in PCB fabrication, and tenting vias mean to cover the annular ring and via hole with solder mask, which is mainly in covering the annular ring to prevent exposure to the elements and reduce accidental shorting or contact with the the circuit.
Via Filling (LPI method) In this process, a drilled ALU sheet is used to push standard solder resist ink (LPI) into via holes that need to be filled. The solder mask process is carried out after this screen printing process. 100% guaranteed result is assured in this process.
Filling vias can improve their electrical conductivity, mechanical strength, and thermal dissipation in PCBs. Based on your design and cost constraints, you can choose a suitable via fill.
Via filling, on the other hand, involves filling the via holes with a conductive material, usually copper, to establish electrical connections between different layers of the PCB. Via plugging is simpler and cost-effective compared to via filling, and it allows for greater design flexibility.
