hi Jeff Hale here with Halo Inc today weamp;#39;re going to go over swapping out the uh little ID chips or chip cards on Muto ink cartridges Moto likes to change manufacturers of ink every once in a while and when they do that the the new chip cards tend not to always work the way theyamp;#39;re supposed to so thereamp;#39;s still plenty of ink in this cartridge you have to the card is reading thatamp;#39;s empty so weamp;#39;re going to swap it out this this is the cyan cartridge we have on here the Value Jet ms-83a cyan 440 so itamp;#39;s the same chipset that we need for this and the best way Iamp;#39;ve learned to do these because if you put get it out of alignment at all then what happens is the chip still doesnamp;#39;t read and you just wasted the card so the way Iamp;#39;ve learned to take a knife and weamp;#39;re just going to cut along the one side of the card and then weamp;#39;re going to cut along the other side of the card and take this card thatamp;#39;s curr

Check ink or toner levels with the HP Smart app Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device. View the Estimated supply levels next to the printer image. It might take a few minutes for the ink or toner levels to display.
Click on the Windows Start Button. Select the Control Panel. Select Devices and Printers. Right click on the printer and select Printer Properties. Click Print a Test Page. After the test page has printed, click OK.
