To set conditional formatting in a table, select cell range A2:C22, go to the "Home" tab, click on "Conditional Formatting" and choose "New Rule". Choose "Use a formula to determine which cells to format" and enter the formula "=$C2="Finished"". Add absolute reference to the column label to prevent data from moving. Click "Format" to select a fill color and apply the setting. This will format cells in column C with content "Finished".
