hey everyone my name is Jessica and in this video I want to show you how to change the default font settings in Microsoft Word on a Mac itamp;#39;s a little different if youamp;#39;re using a Windows PC so Iamp;#39;m going to specifically show you how to do it using a Mac so here I am I need to locate the format button on the top left corner of the upper toolbar so you have two toolbars here you have your Microsoft tabs insert draw design layout and then you have this other toolbar select the format uh button here and then select font now another dialog box will appear and youamp;#39;ll notice my default font anytime I open up a document is calibri regular size 12. and I actually read a lot of academic papers so I really want mine to be in Times New Roman so I can either search or scroll down once I found the font that I would like to make the default font for my Microsoft Word application Iamp;#39;m going to make sure the size is good yes I want size 12 and you can change anythin

Activate fonts In the Font Book app on your Mac, select one or more deactivated fonts, or a deactivated font collection. Choose Edit Activate. Activated fonts are no longer dimmed in the list of fonts.
To see your home Library folder, click the Finder icon in the Dock, then press and hold the Option key while you choose Go Library. All Users: Fonts are available to any user on this Mac and are located in the Fonts folder in the system Library (/Library/Fonts/).
fonts In the Font Book app , choose File Add Fonts to Current User. Drag the font file to the Font Book app icon in the Dock, then click in the dialog that appears. Drag the font file to the Font Book window. Double-click the font file in the Finder, then click in the dialog that appears.
With the Fonts applet in Control Panel, you can see which fonts are installed and view and print a preview of each one. And with the Fonts tool accessible under Settings, you can view your fonts and add new ones by dragging and dropping them.
All fonts are stored in the C:\Windows\Fonts folder. Optionally, you can add fonts by simply dragging font files from the extracted files folder into this folder. Windows will then automatically them.
In the Font Book app on your Mac, select a collection in the sidebar. If you dont see the sidebar, choose View Show Sidebar. Control-click the font you want to remove, then click Remove. Click Remove Fonts to confirm.
In the Font Book app on your Mac, select one or more fonts, then press Delete. Click Remove Fonts or Remove Non-System Fonts to confirm. Removed fonts are moved to the Trash.
In the Font Book app on your Mac, choose File New Smart Collection, then enter a name for your collection. Click the pop-up menu under Collection name, then choose All to find fonts that match all the criteria you enter, or Any to match any one of the criteria.
