Say youamp;#39;re in Pages and you want to have a simple list of things and you want to align things up. Like, for instance, here I may want to have an event, have it shown like this here, and then on the next line I may want to also have it around the same point and Iamp;#39;ll continue to add events for each day of this week. Invite more people to sign in to the spreadsheet Do one of the following: Choose File Manage Shared Spreadsheet (from the File menu at the top of your screen). Click Share With More People, then choose a method for sending the invitation to collaborate: Click Done.
Open a document on a Mac: For a Pages document, double-click the document name or thumbnail, or drag it to the Pages icon in the Dock or Applications folder. For a Word document, drag it to the Pages icon (double-clicking the file opens Word if you have that app). You cant open PDFs in Pages.
To invite people to collaborate on files or folders, do one of the following on your Mac: Click the Finder icon in the Dock to open a Finder window, click iCloud Drive in the sidebar, select a file or folder, then click the Share button . Control-click an item on the desktop, then choose Share from the shortcut menu.
Add or edit text: In a word-processing document, just begin typing. The blinking insertion point indicates where your text starts. In a page layout document, add a text box (see below), then type. To edit text, select the text, then type.
To email a document: Open your Pages document, choose Share Send via Mail, and then choose Pages, Word, or PDF from the submenu. Pages: Creates a Pages version of your document. Word: A new mail message opens with the document version attached to it. Edit the email message and click Send.
Sign in to iCloud on your device, then turn on iCloud Drive for Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. With your document open, click or tap the Share button. in the toolbar, choose Collaborate from the pop-up menu, then choose how you want to invite others.
Files saved in Microsoft 365 are always up-to-date, accessible on any device, and shareable with everyone contributing to the file. Select Share, then save it to OneDrive. Make permission choices for the people youre sharing with, then add names. Type an optional message, then click Send.
Organize documents into folders Click the New Folder button in the toolbar, type to name the folder, then press Return (on a Mac) or Enter (on a Windows computer). Select one or more items, then drag them to the folder. Do any of the following: Open or close a folder: To open a folder, double-click it.
