hey hello my fellow property managers Mark Cunningham at Grace Management how involved are your owner clients in your lease renewal process Im not talking about the lease renewal process with your tenants what do you do there I mean what is the owners level of involvement some property managers will call every one of their owner clients maybe three or four months before the tenants lease comes up for Renewal and say hey the the lease is coming up what do you want to do or how much do you want to renew for or do you want to sell and they have this conversation theres nothing wrong with that but we believe that there are some best practices on how to streamline the process still keeping your owners informed but not letting them become a bottleneck to the lease renewal process so a couple points that we believe in number one less owner involvement is better for everyone in that process now this is not a negative comment towards our owner clients we simply dont want the owner thinking
