The default is to include markup in printed/PDF output. Use File Print then click the PDF button at the bottom of the Print dialog. If the markup isnt shown in the Quick Preview open the Copies Pages list select Microsoft Word. Then open the Print What list select Document showing markup.
View comments Choose Tools Comment. The Comments toolset is displayed in the secondary toolbar and the Comments list is displayed in the right pane. Using the Options menu at the upper-right corner of the Comments list, do any of the following: Expand or collapse the comments.
To edit a comment, do the following: Select the comment. The comments pane is displayed in the right. From the options () menu, click Edit. To edit the Add Text annotation, select the text comment, and type to make your changes.
To add comments to PDF files in docHub, simply open the document, click the options menu () in the upper right corner of the toolbar, then click Add Comments. You can also right-click directly on the PDF for the option to quickly Add Sticky Note, or Use Drawing Tool.
If you want to show the Comments pane when you open the PDF, then you need to enter docHub when you need to click on the Tools function button to find the Comments to open the Comment toolbar option. Then you can see the comments pane on the right.
How Do I Save a PDF with Visible Comments? Although you cant edit a PDF in docHub Reader, you can print a PDF with visible comments. Open PDF with docHub Reader Go to File Choose Print Tab Click Summarize Comments Choose Document and Markups Click on Print.
How to Hide Comments in PDF Open the PDF in docHub. Go to the Comment pane on the right. Click on the Options menu (the three dots). Choose Hide All Comments. If you cannot find this option, simply hit CTRL + SHIFT + 8 key.
