So it looks like the commaamp;#39;s a problem so Iamp;#39;m going to remove the comma. The function Iamp;#39;m going to use is called a SUBSTITUTE. Iamp;#39;m going to tell Excel please go look at that text there, replace the comma with nothing, 2 inverted commas next to each other and when I say okay it does what itamp;#39;s told and thatamp;#39;s fine but notice that itamp;#39;s still not giving me the average so occasionally this happens so now we need to force Excel to see that itamp;#39;s a number.
