Now you might be thinking, havenamp;#39;t I been able to speak and have the computer convert that into text for a long time? And yeah, thatamp;#39;s called dictate. So, Word, Google Docs, all these different applications support dictation where you could talk in real time, and itamp;#39;ll convert it into text. With transcribe, the unique thing here is you can record your audio ahead of time. So letamp;#39;s say you have your phone and maybe youamp;#39;re conducting, letamp;#39;s say an interview, maybe youamp;#39;re sitting in a lecture and you record the audio. You can take that audio file, upload it into Word online, and get a transcription of all of the conversation. Draw in the document. On the Format tab, in the Insert Shapes group, expand the shapes options by clicking the arrow. Under Lines click Freeform or Scribble. Tip: To stop drawing with the Freeform or Scribble lines, double-click.
Go to File Info. Select Protect document. Select Enable Editing.
Word processing. You can use DOCX to generate and edit text for a very wide range of purposes - from newsletters and articles, to creating flyers, invitations and other documentation.
If you select the caption and then press CTRL+SHIFT+F9, the results of the fields in the caption will be converted to ordinary text.
Select the object (table, equation, figure, or another object) that you want to add a caption to. On the References tab, in the Captions group, click Insert Caption. On the Captions dialog box, click AutoCaption, and then select the check boxes for the items that you want Word to automatically add captions to.
Once captions are created, they can easily be cross-referenced. To add cross-references, from the References menu select Cross-reference . This opens the dialog for inserting a cross-reference. Select the type of reference you want to use, which will limit the list of captions of that type.
Try it! Select Review Display for Review. Select the option you want: Simple Markup points out where changes are made with a red line in the margin. All Markup shows all edits with different colors of text and lines. In the Show Markup list, select the types of revisions youd like to see: Comments.
Microsoft Word: You can use the comment feature in Word to add annotations to a document. To do this, highlight the text you want to annotate and then click the Comment button in the Review tab. You can also add annotations by using the pen or highlighter tools in the Draw tab.
