You must have a public account and allow others to tag you in order to be invited to a collaboration. If you still have trouble being invited to a collaboration, check your account settings, update your app, or contact Instagram support.
Invite more people to sign in to the document Do one of the following: If the document is open: Tap. Tap Share With More People, then choose a method for sending the invitation to collaborate: Mail or Messages: Type an email address or phone number for each recipient, add a note if you want, then tap Send.
Set the page orientation In the Document sidebar, click the Document tab at the top. Select a page orientation (portrait or landscape). You can use only one page orientation for your document. Pages doesnt support a mix of pages in portrait and landscape in the same document.
To collaborate on a shared document, you and the people you share with need any of the following: A Mac with macOS 13.0 or later and Pages 14.1 or later. An iPhone with iOS 16.0 or later and Pages 14.1 or later. An iPad with iPadOS 16.0 or later and Pages 14.1 or later.
The most common reason for not seeing the collab feature is having a private account, so toggle that off in Settings. Switch to a Business or Professional account if your personal account isnt seeing the collab feature. Refresh your connection and session by logging out and back in.
Make sure that youre using iCloud Some Notes collaboration features wont work unless both users are signed in to iCloud. Before you share a note, make sure that it appears in the iCloud folder of the Notes app. You can collaborate on notes only when theyre in the iCloud folder.
With the current version of your document open, choose File Revert To Browse All Versions (from the File menu at the top of your screen). The timeline for the document opens. The current version appears in the window on the left. Earlier versions appear in the window on the right.
If you use Pages, Numbers, or Keynote and collaboration isnt available, you might need to update your apps. Turn on automatic updates so that your apps always stay up to date. If your device is too old to update your apps, you can still collaborate online at iCloud.com using a Mac or PC.
