The WPS acronym stands for Writer, Presentation, Spreadsheets - formerly the tools featured within the Microsoft Works package. With the launch of Microsoft Office suite in later years, these tools became individual programmes with their own associated file type, like Microsoft Word and the . DOC file.
Step 1: Open WPS Office and create a spreadsheet with the names and addresses of your recipients. Save this spreadsheet as a CSV file in a location you can access later. Step 2: Open WPS Writer and create a new document for your labels. Step 3: Set the Page settings, Margin settings and insert a table.
In a new document, select Mailings, then Labels. Choose Options and select Avery US Letter from the Label vendors list. Scroll to find your product number, click to select it and click OK. Type your information in the Address box near the top and then click on New Document to generate a full page of the same label.

How to edit text First, open the document. Click Edit to enter the document editing mode. We change full-text font to AndroidClock. In order to make the text layout more beautiful, we can adjust the appropriate Spacing and text alignment.
Create and print labels Go to Mailings Labels. Select Options and choose a label vendor and product to use. Type an address or other information in the Address box (text only). To change the formatting, select the text, right-click, and make changes with Font or Paragraph. Select OK.
To find a mailing labels template on WPS Office, simply open the template library and search for mailing labels. Once you have found a template that you like, you can download it and edit it to your liking. Most templates are easy to use and can be customized with your own text, images, and colors.
Create and print a page of different labels Go to Mailings Labels. Select Options. Select the type of printer youre using. Select your label brand in Label products. Select the label type in Product number. Select OK. Select OK in the Labels dialog box. Type the information you want in each label.
