the next system that Im going to talk about will be file management system and that will be like Dropbox or maybe Google Drive our system includes five terabytes of data and this system is integrated with all the other applications that I mentioned so far if you have a project you can upload files into the system and those files will be shared with the project management system if you have a course that you are going to create for your customers those can be also on work drive and can be shared with them if you have lets say a deal that you are working on and there will be multiple files relatedly or maybe or even customers we need to upload files all those can be shared with the CRM so bottom line you have one system that both your customers and your employees can access based on permission and all those can be shared with all the applications that we talked about that means its like Dropbox but on steroids
