deleting a topic from the table of contents or from within an open module click on that topics context area to expand its menu items select delete topic and a pop-up window will appear prompting you to select from one of the two options select the first option if you want to delete the content topic but keep the underlying file inside of managed files but select the second option if you want to permanently delete both the topic and its underlying file now this second option is irreversible
