For security purposes, if you have forgotten your password, the e must be returned to the Help Desk in MedIT to reset the password on the back to the default.
SafeNet e devices are supplied with the following default password: 1234567890.
Note: The Default Administrator password is 0 typed out 48 times (see above). This is not changed by DigiCert.
Select the e you want to renew in the list on the left. The selected will be in larger font. Click on Change the password. Fill in your old password and new password and click on Start.
Default e Password s are shipped from our factory with the default e Password 1234567890. The end user must enter this default password the first time s/he logs on to e, and then change it to a secure personal password.
A reset is a one-code to verify you as the recipient of a message. It is mostly used to verify an email address as belonging to the user who entered it, or as a way of granting a user with a known email address a way to change a forgotten password.
