this is going to be just a little demonstration on the use of mohawks 545 wiping wood stains theyre going to be a pigmented wiping stain and so Im just going to straight up make sure there no settled pigments in the the bottom of the can and then Im going to be ready to start to apply the stain just going to use a chip brush and Im going to wet out all of the areas all the the detail on the on this raised panel door getting into all the detail make sure Ive got a good wet application of the stain same thing again around the outer detail make sure Ive got a good coverage I dont want any light spot showing up after Ive stained you notice Ive got masking paper or or uh some kind of product underneath it to make sure I dont make a mess and I just get a nice coat like that then Im going to come back with a good cotton cloth and continue to wipe the stain in letting it penetrate thoroughly in all all of the areas of end grain end grain of the wood nice easy to apply works really r
