spot healing is used to remove unwanted areas of your image such as dust spots on the sensor in the development branch it is the first tool found under the details tab click the activate button and then control left-click on the area you wish to remove the inner circle is the area that will be removed and the outer circle is the feathering area that will be blended with surrounding pixels you can adjust the area of both circles to heal the area click and hold the center area of the circle and drag it to an area you wish to be cloned toggle the activate button to move the circles out of the way for a better view of the spot healing effect you may have to move the second circle around to find your ideal cloning location but with a little trial and error you should be able to find it you
