howdy youtube community just a uh hobbyist homeowner here i bought a used hot tub uh call me crazy and stupid and im probably both of those things uh it was 800 bucks um the problem is is uh he said all the jets need resealed theres a variety of leaks um so got it here and yeah he wasnt kidding there was a lot of leaks what i try to do is actually hire a professional im going to use that word loosely to apply silicone to the jets and they said oh no thats going to cause more problems just taking everything off and you dont want to do that so they sealed a couple ones this one was one of them now i dont know what they used but uh it was not this stuff well get to that in a second but it yellowed very very quickly and actually even missed an air bubble uh in the bottom so what ive since uh since done drained it wiped it all out took all the jets off and did some research online so heres what i want to pass on a couple things number one in my research im not an expert you dont
