This is an update of a tutorial I did quite awhile ago on an earlier version of Photoshop. I provided this envelope image that you can download to place your wax seal onto. Its link is located in my videos description or project files below. Click the New Layer icon to make a new layer. Open your Elliptical Marquee Tool and go to the center of your document. Press and hold Alt or Option + Shift as you drag out a circular selection approximately this size. Click your foreground color to open the Color Picker. Pick a rich color for your seal.
