hello welcome to dr chrono today i would like to walk you through a few simple steps how to resubmit a claim from our system go to billing live claims feed choose a patient click on the visit data in the billing details screen choose the claim type as resubmission if you are submitting a corrected claim our system will show you a warning message just click ok choose it as void claim if insurance paid the claim incorrectly and if you want them to retract the payment then enter the original process claim number in the id of the original claim field scroll down and check the box resubmit claim and hit verify and save to resubmit please note you can resubmit claim from our appointment screen but for the claim which is already submitted you can resubmit it only through our billing details screen if you have any questions please send an email to support drchrono.com you
