Select the Eraser Tool (E) . Use the tool options bar to customize tool settings, like Size and Hardness, to get the effect you want. Drag over the parts of the image you want to erase.
Use the Object Selection tool to click on the thing you want to remove. Hold Shift and click the next object to select them both at once. Right-click and select Content-Aware Fill. Use Subtract mode to brush over areas of the image you dont want to sample from, like the lead singer.
Choose Edit Content-Aware Fill to see the areas that will be sampled from to fill in the spaces left when the unwanted objects are removed. If there are areas that you dont want sampled, like parts of the lead singers jacket, use the Sampling Brush tool and Subtract from overlay area to brush over those parts. Select the Magic Eraser tool (E) from the toolbar. If you cant find the tool, select and hold the Eraser tool to show the other related tools and then select the Magic Eraser tool. Follow these steps in the options bar: Define the range of colors to be erased by entering a Tolerance value.

After making the selection, in this step, you can now easily delete your selection in photoshop. To delete the selection, go to Edit Clear. Now see the selected area has been deleted.
