hello everyone how are you doing this is md tech here with another quick tutorial in todayamp;#39;s tutorial iamp;#39;m going to show you guys how to add or remove menu bar items on your macbook this should be a pretty straightforward tutorial and without further ado letamp;#39;s go ahead and jump straight into it so weamp;#39;re going to start off by selecting the apple icon up the top left corner of our menu and then you want to select system preferences go ahead and select versus dock and menu bar on the left side underneath control center you can select any one of these buttons that are under here and just go ahead and select it and there should be an option to show in menu bar again you have the option to choose between any of the items showing underneath control center here so again very straightforward process here guys do hope that i was able to help you out and i do look forward to catching you on the next tutorial goodbye

In order to do a full re-launch of Finder just hold down the Option key and right-click the Finder icon. A pop-up window will then appear and click the re-launch option. This will actually do a full restart of the Finder application within OS X and will refresh the entire file system.

You can tag files and folders to make them easier to find. Tags work with all your files and folders, whether you store them on your Mac or keep them in iCloud.
In Mac OS X you restore your files/folders original icon easily. First of all select your folder/file in Finder, then right click on it and select Get Info. In the info panel, click on folder/file preview in the top left corner. Now, when the preview is highlighted, hit backspace ( ) on your keyboard.
Choose Apple menu System Settings, then click General in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click Transfer or Reset on the right, then click Erase All Contents and Settings. In Erase Assistant, enter your administrator information and click Unlock.
Press and hold Command+Option+Escape (you can also get to Force Quit through the Apple menu icon in the top toolbar). A pop-up menu will appear. Here, select the Finder. Now, click Relaunch.
In Finder, go the menu item FinderSettings and then click on the Tags tab. This will list all the tags you have on your Mac. This will remove the selected tag from the list of tags and remove it from any item that was tagged with it.
